As a parent with a child who's been identified, you don't know what you don't know about navigating the world of gifted. Connecting with other families, professionals in the field and resources in the community is the biggest benefit to joining LEADS!
LEADS goal is to help you have the necessary resources to support your children so they grow to their full potential.

WHAT IS LEADS?
Lakota's Enrichment and Academic Development of Students (LEADS) was established by a group of parents of children in the Lakota School District who have been identified as gifted.
LEADS is aimed at helping parents stay informed and become better advocates, sharing with members more about the District’s services and enrichment opportunities for gifted students. LEADS is an affiliate of Ohio Association for Gifted Children (OAGC).
